The last few weeks have been a rollercoaster ride for me, and my family. With constant arguements about jeff and mom and i not getting along for the longest time has escaladed into something very difficult for me. Sweetie, you've got to do what's best for you. You can't take care of your mom - that's supposed to happen the other way around. If home is that toxic, then you need to get out. Leaving will be horrible for you (and I know that) but staying - from the sound of things anyway - may be even worse in the long run.

And Mandy, just because it's *your* problem doesn't mean that you can't ask for help. That's what friends are for: helping each other. Stop by and say hi this week, I'm off all week - you'll have a nice dinner with Kate and I, and we can catch up on things.
