i had an internet boyfriend at 11, his name was justin and he lived in canada and we wrote letters, sent each other presents in the mail and made online dates. at that age we didn't grasp the concept of long distance charges so we called each other on the phone quite a bit and um.. when the phone bills came around the entire thing kind of fizzled away. hahaha.

I did the same thing! I had an online boyfriend when I was 15 and we spent HOURS on the phone. The phone bill was $2,000 and my mom got it while I was at school. When I came home and tried to turn on the computer, I discovered she took the power cord. I almost died.
