Takaki’s been telling about Eunice to his fellow HSJ members whenever he meets them except for Chinen. He doesn’t want him to feel jealous.
“Takaki, please be honest. You love that Eun-chan.” Inoo said, fixing his hair.
“No, of course not. She’s just a friend.” Takaki answered.
“Oh, come on! You’ve been saying how nice she is nonstop, and you’re going to say that she’s only a friend??”
“But…what about Chinen?”
“Simple. Tell him that you like a girl, and ask if you two can only be friends.”
“Wouldn’t that be harsh?” Takaki asked worriedly.
“I know but, it’s a lot better than seeing Chinen’s eyes go green from jealousy.” Inoo tried his best to make things better.
Takaki sighed. What will he do? WHO will he choose? Chinen or Eunice?
