Mr Fudge, how do you justify wasting so many galleons on fripperies that could be better used by the Auror's department or St Mungo's, or donated to Hogwarts so they can employ a decent Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher?

Oh, and you shouldn't wear lime green anyway. It makes you look peaky.
