Perhaps not. I'm not quite that curious. Your motivations can stay your own for the time being. I suppose it'd be hubris for a human to deem it possible to understand a god.

I should like to think so, anyway, as I'm surrounded by humans. There is, I suppose, my brother, but his track record is not terribly encouraging. I would rather avoid him anyway.
[This is very much like speaking with Eirik and that, in a way, is not as disturbing as one might think. He remembers, after hours in the Torchwood lab, getting coffee with the other man on occassion and they'd speak about small things, their research, their interests. Mohinder had liked him, likely because he saw themself as similar enough to get along rather well. And that's when his own genius catches up with him and he realizes that Loki might be trying some underhanded tactic when it comes to Jack. Otherwise? It gets easier with time. I expect if it were going to go away it would have done so by now, but it does get easier. Particularly if one doesn't get one's hopes up.
