but as another guy says there... trying to differentiate between "topping" and "breaching" an earth-dam is nonsensical. one results in the other.

however, above and beyond that is the fucking point that there was going to be flooding and chaos and danger and americans in trouble. i don't give a fat rat's ass how it was going to happen.

this is, again, the quintessential example of the sound bite. the word is different, and therefore they maintain innocence. and the sheeple of this country roll over and take it.
