well, plus, you have to account for the fact that they change the freaking bankruptcy laws every time the wind blows.

From what I know, NONE of the classes at NESL are curved.

Your such a 1L. Worry about learning the law, not the grades. ;) And no, not even fist year courses. Apprentlly NESL sends out some kind "explination" along with transcripts when they are requested becuase of that fact.
