Go to this or this website and find any Hetalia picture you like and make an icon out of it. Sound simple enough? Alright.
~You do not have to be a member of the community to participate! Anyone can join.
~Submission ends on Friday, September 27 at 11 p.m. (PST), after which voting will begin!
~Participants are allowed to submit a maximum of 2 icons per round.
~Remember to keep it 100x100, as well as less than 40kb (to meet LJ standards).
~Previously made icons are not allowed; if you use one, you will be disqualified.
~A special category will be created during the voting!
