Gah, so cute! Thank you so much for this fill, I loved seeing Romano finally open up and ask for advice. And the fact that it wasn't Spain he was upset over made me really happy. ♥

Well, I just couldn't see him that heart broken if it was Spain and since the new volume shown Belgium and Netherlands with Spain I thought it was perfect that Romano might of had a crush on Belgium for a long time. ^^
