I love how whenever I read your fics, I learn something new every time. It's like a mini history lesson!

I can seriously tell how much research and effort went into this fic. It was really cute and I loved it to bits! :D

This was REALLY great and just so sweet. England's POV captures everything about America here -- even the parts that are not written enough, like his insecurity over his age. Loooooooooved this fic. :D

Ahhhh, thanks a lot! To be honest, I wish fandom would do more with that insecurity. I think it's so endearing.

*giggles* Lengthy indeed, but by no means less interesting. I feel great with the history lesson, as well as America and England's playfully bickering relationship. And you can see the love in there, totally. Also, the descriptions are wonderful!

I'll have to take quite some time later to go through the fic notes ~

Thanks so much for reviewing! Yeah it ended up being... quite the longshot, but I had a lot of fun writing it. And yay for seeing the love. XD

I totally enjoyed this. It's a pleasure all of the sights they've visited, the memories they've made, the somewhat sweet sexual tension accumulated,, and just the time they've spent with each other.

I also inwardly at the way you worked in the other characters, even if they were just a brief mention - France, Australia, Brazil. And as always, I've learned something totally new upon reading any fic of yours. Keep up the awesome job!

Thanks a lot for reading and commenting. I kind of love vacation/journey stories like this, because of... basically everything you said.

And yes! I had fun putting those other characters in. I think that Canada probably also has an affinity, but England probably forgot about him. Poor Canada. XD

Good lord, I just cringed at all the typos I've made in that comment, ugh. I can type properly. Really. ||OTL

Hahaha, maybe all of England's former wards have abilities of their own? Oh, Canada - you're forever invisible, but we still love you.

L-lol it's fine. XD

I feel like most countries have something special about them? Even if it's not magic or something. I guess to me it just seems like a lot of the New World colonies would have animal affinities, because the land they were born into was so... wild and before they were 'discovered,' it was likely animals they relied on to help care for them and be their companions. England having magic makes sense based on the time period he came into being. America also has super strength, of course.

I half wonder if Canada's invisibility is due to a misfired spell England did during his childhood. Lulz.

Thank you!! Hee, the Great Rapprochement is really interesting and important, but I don't commonly see it mentioned. I always get excited when I see it as well.

And yes. Spoiler: America was feeling him up. XDD
