Girls in Hetalia
I know some people will not like this so don't like don't read.
I don't see the point of all the girls in hetalia. There are way too many considering how useless they all are.
They get pushed to the side anyway because no one really cares about them, and all the countries that are girls are weak, useless countries anyways. Not to mention all of them are really boring and have no personalities. :/ I mean, look at Liechtenstein.
They really just kind of detract from everything. Boys in anime are a lot better than girls anyways. Not to mention, they're hotter and have more character potential. I don't really understand why people automatically jump to the defense of girl characters in hetalia. Girls are moody so having these characters ruined and just becoming fanservice characters is disappointing. None of them are even important. I think Hima doesn't give them important roles because he knows we'd rather have boys. I really think that without the girls in hetalia, it'd make for a more interesting fandom and series because they're just boring.
And Hungary is kind of a man anyways so she doesn't really count.
Also, it doesn't bother me as much but I really hate when fanworks try to match the character's skin tones with "real people" from that country. Non-white skin looks weird, and they're all white in merchandise anyways. Why do people feel the need to change their character's race?
