I'M SO SORRY.

Yessssssssss, get in mah game, ladies, Russia needs new targets!

I find it's accessory meshes that are usually missing, because Bodyshop doesn't package them with the sims. So all the hair embellishments will be missing unless you've included them separately. Or they're part of the hair. Anyway! Thank you!

May I ask a question?

I've installed all the parts using CI, and it works when I start to make a sims on its game. But, when it's all over I found that my sims' looks changed (their hair turn to be default hair) and some of parts (like costume package) didn't appear include sims's body. Somewhat creepy to see only a head flying like that =|

Is anything wrong? Or I should put another expansion pack? (I've got Downtown and University).

Actually, if you could see all the custom content when you made the sims, you aren't missing any EPs (I have every EP from University to Bon Voyage).
You clould try re-downloading the custom content and put it in your game. Maybe there has happened an error while downloading the last time.
Otherwise.. I really don't know :/

Not the OP, but I was on the hunt for Germany's hair when I saw your comment. I have all the sims and can upload them if you want, but in the meantime, I can tell you that Romano's hair is Coolsims 57. :)
