Is anyone interested in opening a group order?

Feb 22, 2012 10:59

Hello!
I just whant to know if there's anyone interested in opening a group order for ArteStella Piccolo and the Germany’s “Let’s Travel” book.

Because I found many people who would be interested in participating; but all the posts with people who are currently accepting orders from Animate, will finish before the release of these items.

Thank you!

I am interested in a group order for artstella but if I'm correct, the book doesn't come with any extras. Right?

Geez, I read this post incorrectly. I don't think I saw the posts for group orders since I've been out of the loop for awhile.

There's a... sort of extra.

It's irrelevant to anyone outside of Japan, but apparently both books let you get the school calendar at the Animate Fair..?
Either that or having bought the calendar lets you get one of the books. :/ Either way it seemed to look like you have to live over there.

I can help with one if you want, but ultimately we've both got the problem of not being in the states, so shipping will drive people away.
Still. As long as I'm not the one shipping them out ( I mean. Flat-rate's $40? What? D: ), I'm up for it.

... I might want Piccolo, though, once more information's released about it...

You think you could organize a group order for these two items? It would be helpful!
...
But I don't know how to solve the problem of the shipping -.-'! What makes this get expensive is the value of the sending from you to other people?

You know even when they will be on pre-order?

Organize, post even, yes. But I'm in Canada, so, ugh. .__.
Shipping rates are on par with Australia for being the most unreasonable ever. What this would need for an actual group order, is a host in the states.

But. Yeah actually, I was planning to do an Animate/Movic ordering service when I reopened my sales. But as they'd be individual orders, I could calculate the prices right from the start. I wouldn't be covering massive amounts in advance only to not receive all the payments, either, like these last few group orders that came in.

Preorders have been open since the 15th.

Well, I think we can wait a little longer and see if anyone who lives in the U.S. can do this o.o? But if you'll open individual orders, it may also be an option =)!

The pre-order usually end on the launch day, right? So we have around a month to try to solve this?

Could somebody please translate mad_kitty's comment? It looks relevant somehow. *uncertain*

Basically, she is asking what is the size of Arte Stella and if this comes with the extras of the original version. She also asked what was the value of it and for how much people was selling it after the sales at stores ended.

She also asked if it was me who was going to do the group order, because as we live in the same country, this could be cheaper.

I replied that I'm only sure that this version will be A5, ie, it's smaller than the first, which was A4. I still can't say for sure, but apparently, it'll NOT have extras ;~;... I also said that this is a kind of "economic version", so the price is cheaper than the previous version.

Oh, and I said I have no way to organize a group order, so I was wondering if anyone would be interested in open one ^^'!

I don't understand if Boo is still interested (and yes, I feel stupid because of this), but just to clarify: I am still looking for somebody who volunteers to make a group order. I have no credit card and my Japanese isn't good enough, so unless these items appear on Ebay for an acceptable price, I'll have no way to order them myself.
