I'm gonna go with North Italy for person A (though I do see why person B considers her Spain, definitely) and Holy Roman Empire for person B, after thinking about it a little bit. Person B doesn't necessarily remind me of HRE that much, but all the adoration being thrown around just gives me that feeling.
