ABOUT YOUR FRIEND
Which traits do you like in a friend?: Someone real, for one. I want to be able to trust them and not feel like they have hidden agendas. Self-confidence, ability to have fun, good sense of humor, respect for my own morals/beliefs (cool if they want to party and sleep around, but I don't and I don't want to be pressured into it), low maintenance (we both have our own families, significant others, otros amigos and so we might not talk to each other everyday, but we can still be buds!) and, this might sound weird, but preferably I'd like a best friend to be a little invasive, because I'm very reserved and I won't usually get out of my shell by myself.
Which traits don't you like in a friend?: Assholes, constantly being a debbie downer (I'm supportive of friends of course, but come on ): ), always talking about oneself (confidence = good, but its tough to hold a conversation with someone who can only talk about themself), dishonesty, disrespect, trying to push me into things i'm uncomfortable with, lack of character in general, clinginess. Also, no pansies! >:o

Would you prefer to be their only or "best" friend, or do you not mind sharing the spotlight? Doesn't matter to me, as long as we're still tight (:
You and your best friend have a day totally free from all other obligations and appointments. You can do whatever you want! What do you do? I'm assuming we have similar interests, so whatever we feel like! Go for a horse ride, a hike, watch some manly man movies (start with Fight Club, end with Gladiator or Braveheart... you always end with those), go to the gym and work out, blow off everything and all our money and fly to Italy to ooh and ahh over the Colosseum (but fyi if I go somewhere amazing like that I AM NEVER COMING BACK), go try out a restaurant we haven't been to or an old favorite as long as it's good food, go to a rodeo, sing dumbass songs, paint together, throw a party for all our friends, or just sit around and chat/be dorks. It's all good!
You and your friend have an argument. What's it most likely about? I don't know, I rarely argue with anyone. I tend to just let things go and back down rather than fight, and I'd like a friend to be like that too. Arguments just aren't worth all the fun we could be having! But I'd be pretty pissed if they disrespected me or my family, though.
Your friend needs money. Would you give it to them as a gift, loan it to them and expect money back, or just not give them any? Why? Give it to them if I can afford it. If they're the person they say they are they'll pay it back. I trust em.
