North Italy; minus the idiot - thing. I see him as a true friend; not a backstabber, faker, pretentious, etc. I think Feliciano is an open-minded guy, he sees the world from his own perspective. And surely you can have fun with him! : )
I think North Italy would be a great friend for you, as well. You'd have a lot of fun together, and you wouldn't have to worry about him stabbing you in the back. I was thinking possibly Sealand too, seeing as i'd imagine him being quite pure and open with his affection towards a friend.
