I didn't even get halfway through before I was convinced. Prussia. There is no other that fits what you want in a rival so well IMO

In fact, Prussia would be your ideal rival, specially because your behaviour as a rival really sounds Austria-like for me. Besides, he would really shove in your face his motivations and annoyance awesomeness and it's funnier to stomp in one`s ego when it's someone egocentric like him.

This is really obvious - Prussia is your perfect rival. There is no other character that fits your answers so well! The reasons are stated above. He's the perfect choice.

PRUSSIA He fits everything you said about your rival perfectly! From the beginning I was just like 'This sounds like how Prussia would act.' And by the end I was laughing at how perfectly it fit!
