I'm thinking... France? Well this was actually quite hard but I decide to go vote him because probably he's the best match. He sure is "sexually ready for it", passionate, and some other stuffs--and he's definitely the one who would whisper something in French uhm do I have to state why. :)

I think I'm gonna go wiiiiiith~ England.

-it seems like he would be very straightforward, reasonable, and honest, like you mentioned
-since it seems like he would want his own personal space too, he would definately be understanding and give you yours
-he could be both dominant or submissive
-it seems as though he would take things at a very in-the-middle pace; he isn't totally shy and timid, but he also doesn't seem like he would rush things
-for him, it seems like he would want more than *just* the romance, so I think he would make a great best friend at the same time~
-I could totally see him going for that kind of date (: (but the cooking together part, laaawl.)
