I think I'm giving you UK/England as a rival. He's fair, mostly... unless he thinks he can't beat you then he's trying out the magic stuff. Which probably is going to fail. But I'm sure he'll learn from it. He also won't brag as much as others - first I thought Prussia would be a good match but he'd put himself on top of the world if he won. UK is a bit more reserved. But he'd throw a wonderfully cute tantrum if he lost. And would go getting drunk with you. ;3
