I can see how this might be hard, I was leaning between the relaxed, accepting nature of Greece and the disciplined support of Austria. In the end, I decide that I'll go with Sweden for you. He is rather playful deep down and not lacking in the humor department, yet he has that supportive and restrictive nature to provide you the encouragement you need to get things done, he can also be persuaded to do something fun and on a whim together and I imagine he wouldn't mind explaining things for you. He's the type to stand his ground, and not be easily pushed around and wouldn't be as extroverted as you are. So yeah. I think Sweden can fit.

At first I was going to suggest Russia because of your "About You" section, but I was still indecisive, so I read it a second time, and I think China would be best, considering what you would want and what you wouldn't want in a partner. That section gave me a China vibe, especially the part about how you would like somebody that is willing to teach you and how they wouldn't mind watching fireworks with you. That reminded me of China. I think he'd fit best. :3
