Monthly Theme #4 - BEST FRIEND

Oh, all of the other suggestions are really good! Some of the ones I came up with are

1) National Mottoes

2) Which WWI Leader Are you? (we might want to avoid WWII for certain reasons...)

3) Country Relations (where person A & person B fill out an application and we vote on which two countries we think have a similar relationship; uh, look to one of stamP_a_hitman's themes for a better explanation... We could do a historical version of this one too, rather than just a series based on.)

I have a question: I've seen some restamping applications on here, and I am wondering, is it only for the main one at the moment, or could we redo any application? Or are we just doing one at a time?
