Thanks! I used paint tool sai for the lines, and colored in photoshop cs 2, I was trying to emulate persona 3 and 4 on cel shading. The seven years war thing has piri in it it's more on the empires in their downtime and Spain ended up wagering piri against England. You're welcome for ideas, I'm trying to mix history with weird humor.

hmm..I find it hard to color in PS cs2. I only use it for cell shades, and rarely even, cause I use Manga Studio EX more often.

I don't know much about seven years war, but I guess reading fanfics would give you some ideas. I'll watch you on dA to stalk you.^^

Oh wait~! I have one, I remember reading some article that the reason British troops left is because Philippines was haunted. It would be historically very inaccurate but,

1. Piri pulls off hardcore pranks to scare the sh*t out of Britain, and it works.
2. The pranks weren't really pranks. Piri talked to her monster friends to help.
3. Brit gets scared and Piri doesn't know why because (a. she can't see magical creatures, or b. she doesn't think the creatures were scary)

Or maybe another concept, Spain never knew Piri was colonized then at the end of the war, he sees England driven crazy by Piri's rebellious tendencies.
