sort of. Oh the many many questions that are left. But HOLY CRAP IT'S DONE. ... it's done. D: I have to say that this chapter was just beautiful. I mean, all the angst and broken relationships but with Alfred and Maria meeting in Venice. Oh, derp, I... cannot handle this much romance/angst in one sitting.

Idk why, but I suddenly support Spamano. I just felt so heartbroken when he choked out "Why can't we be happy?" ;A; I just want to give him a big big hug (even though it really was all his fault)

And that picture! The 3 islands and everyone! Even Matthew! 8D (I always wondered what happened to Arthur after the washed-on-the-shore incident)

I'm glad you liked the chapter. I think the last scene was my favorite part. Don't worry, Lovi needed to grow up and he's taking steps to becoming a better man. One day, after his artistic wanderings, he will return to Spain and possibly the little girl in the picture, trying to grab on to him. :D

I like to think Matt married Ukraine and they've taken over the Kirkland vineyards. Arthur was at the Roma engagement party, but I didn't have a chance to mention him. Hehehe...thank you again!

Alfred painted the Virgin and child picture again; the original one he showed Maria was the draft that he would paint on the church wall - it is his declaration of love. I'm glad you like the family pic! I was very demanding with it. XD

May this come full circle and you get top marks on your report; as Raffaello's connection to Michelangelo is what inspired me to write this story!
