I really love the luminous quality of the drawing. And I really like the lace on Bess. Is that a texture, or did you draw that too? This pairing is one of my guilty pleasures. It's deliciously canon, but it's funny how there doesn't seem to be a lot of fics about them that I've seen so far. Your drawing might (hopefully) change that ^_^

And Juan. I really like his expression pardon my French, but he kinda looks awesomely bad-ass, but that's okay because he really is. My Philippines headcanon has always been female, but I agree with you about peculuiarities' characterization of Juan. I'm slowly being converted.
