Ah... This fan art really showed the emotions you wished to produce. Phili and Rizal's relationship were shown here without being too dramatic. it gives the viewers something of a happy and a little bit fluffy feeling.

the picture is soooo "wow"
it's so sweet for Firi crying for rizal after his death I think it's showing how rizal kept his promise to Firi that he will protect her and will try anything he could to keep spain away from their country (a.k.a. gaining Independence)
but still soooo wow again :D
