Original Request: I've always enjoyed those fills, like "Who Slept with Alfred Jones?" or "Vow," where America is still a virgin because of a promise he made to the Founding Fathers.
So. America's still a virgin (yes, he has been attracted to other Nations, just never acted on it or responded to any advances). All the others don't know and have given up on him for whatever reason. At some point, he wanders into one of those old curio/antique shops and picks up some watch/pin/jewelry/whatever. He likes it and thinks it'll make a nice lucky charm or something. He doesn't know that said object is enchanted, haunted by the spirit of a very sexually frustrated spirit (whether malevolent or benign is up to anon, but it wants SEX NAO PLZ).
And that's where all the trouble starts. :)
The spirit ends up possessing America for short periods of time (which America doesn't remember) and, while in control, flirts/teases/seduces other Nations when they're alone. Pulling out all the stops. ^_~
The poor spirit, though, doesn't quite get lucky; America always "wakes" up before the actual deed is done and runs away, confused and wondering what the hell happened, how did he end up there, and guilt-tripping. Everyone else is also confused (and not a little...frustrated) by America's odd behavior.
All the little details, how far the spirit goes with its seductions, and who ends up seduced is, how this ends up resolved, is all up to anon!

Summary: America has been unusually seductive lately. But then an important question comes up. England wants answers...and maybe all that new-found sensuality focused on him alone.
