Original Request: Fed up with all the bickering, flirting, jealousy and drama, the nations rulers decide it would be in their countries best interest if they were to temporarily abstain from any and all distracting romantic liaisons/random sexual encounters with one another, for at least the next few months.
As you can imagine the nations are none to happy about this arrangement, but are asked to at least attend an Abstinence seminar.
Eventually the countries are asked to sign a document assuring they'll lay off the casual sex basically everything on kink meme, for the next six months.
The countries agree to take the paper into the next room and sign the document with their own personal signatures...at the same time...BUKKAKE STYLE!!
Summary: The nations, affronted at having to attend the abstinence seminar at the request of their exasperated world leaders, sign their paperwork in a way that “Skip” will never forget, no matter how hard he tries.
