So anon requests a fic where a bunch of nations are discussing their love lives (maybe they're supposed to be discussing fiscal policy or something, and get sidetracked) and it comes out that they ALL lost their virginity... to Poland.
MUST include someone screaming "HE TOLD ME I WAS *SPECIAL*!"
