Original Request: Instead of being born as a nation one/some/all whichever the author prefers of the nations was/were originally human. One day they just mysteriously woke up being a personification of a nation.
I think I'm sort of going after something about the differences between being a human and a nation. And how would characters react to suddenly becoming a nation/possibly other nations reacting to a human becoming a nation.
Bonus if the character doesn't exactly get what they've become at first. Like Alfred F. Jones noticing his inhuman strength and coming to the conclusion that he has become a superhero, Feliciano and Lovino Vargas thinking that they've been possessed by the Devil, Arthur Kirkland suspecting it has something to do with the fairies etc.
Summary: The young boy doesn't know where his parents went or who this strange woman is.
