Original Request: Okay, Stalin/Russia is the only one who didn't want to dissolve Prussia. Russia obviously does not like that no one agreed with him (because when do they ever?) so when it comes time to dissolve Prussia (nationwise), Russia hides Gilbo and makes sure everyone is convinced he's dead. (Anon would like if Gilbo didn't die when Prussia was dissolved because he in affect did become 'one' with Russia, even a bit)
However living with Russia isn't that horrible. He isn't as psychotic and abusive and horrible towards Prussia as one may think. (The reasons for that can be for any reason, personally I don't see Russia as being horrible 24/7 but does have his moments... and maybe Prussia is a bit more resilient to his brand of crazy for whatever reason) Though he's still possessive, and clingy and well..Russia.
But Prussia doesn't like it for obvious reasons. Because he's trapped there, he can't see his brother and since being there was keeping him alive. Despite the fact it isn't as bad as it could be, a part of Prussia resents Russia for it.
Anything else is up to you! You can make it a bit Russia x Prussia, Germany x Prussia even frickin Estonia x Prussia for all I care. However I don't want it to be very angtsy. If you need a reason Germany doesn't know it's because Russia is angry about him breaking the pact of steal. (Or Hitler rather, but Russia can blame Germany)
Summary: Stalin won't allow Prussia to be killed. So, Russia figures Prussia might as well be useful. And there's nowhere Prussia is more useful than in an army.
