Original Request: non wants a fic where we have Nation A and Nation B not in an established relationship. By some accident, Nation A finds out that Nation B has been carrying around pictures of them in their wallet, like people do with pictures of their spouse and kids.
The Catch: The pictures aren't of them as a human, but of them as a nation. Cities, monuments, countryside, historical moments, etc. To anyone else, this would be really innocuous. To Nations, HUGE DEAL.
Sex isn't required, but is definitely a bonus.
