[part seven: fill] Reparations? [Poland/Prussia/Lithuania]

Original Request: What I want, is a Prussia who has been moved to Kaliningrad Oblast (see link below) by Russia right before the Wall fell. He's a prisoner, trapped in his old capital, slowly weakening as Russians come to displace the Germans there. (As of 2009, there's like only 8,000 Germanic descendants left, btw.) The only people who know he's there are Russia, Poland and Lithuania - the last two, because he's sandwiched between their lands.
Heh... and that's the kink I'd like to see: Poland/Prussia/Lithuania, with Poland and Lithuania taking out old grievances on a not-entirely-consenting Prussia. Even if authoranon wants them to have a kind of good-cop, bad-cop dynamic going on, Poland & Lithuania are both not nice in this scenario, since neither intends to tell Germany about his brother still being alive, or to help Prussia escape. Ideally, I'd like it to be Prussia's POV, with his attitude a little less optimistic/awesome than we're used to, but still fundamentally Prussia.
Bonus: include Germany's angst at the 1989 stuff, and/or Prussia's.
2nd Bonus: happy ending, with either Poland or Lithuania spilling the beans to Germany, and Prussia being brought to his brother's land.
Notes: Non-consensual sex.
Summary: The Wall has finally fallen. But Prussia finds himself in prison, and Poland and Lithuania are not exactly sympathetic to his plight. Far from sympathetic, actually.
