I can translate and typeset if you like, but it would be good if you could clean up the text first (cos' I'm really bad at cleaning. It takes up so much time.) Also, I can't access that link.

I'm quite busy at the moment though. If typesetting is needed, you might have to wait awhile until I clear my other scanlations. If you just need translation, I can do it very quickly.
