[Scanlation] Greece&Japan&Cats are the Best / Greece&Japan's All-Too-Slow Paced World / Rainy Day
Right ~ Elkin and I worked on rescanlating a set of strips
lecumedesjour_s completed -- due to a number of requests floating about, and complaints about the English used on the older scans.
So here's our remake! Pretty much there's everything from three web pages, save for the Lithuania strip because it was done by another scanlator. What is also included are the author notes, and a set of panels with American and Japan from one of the pages that strangely went untranslated. That or
nisecal and I had trouble finding the scanlation.

EDIT: Pfft what -- bandwidth exceeded? I moved the strips over to another PB account so hopefully they work now. Sorry for the trouble!

The Cat Link Between Greece and Japan
E/N: The chirps refer to the sound of cicadas.
Greece and Japan appear to have gotten along for a long time,
and the cultural exchange occurred earlier than other European powers.
There are also a lot of Greeks who study Japanese.
Since long ago, Greece has followed at Japan's side whenever something comes up.
Incidentally, his relations with his next door neighbour, Turkey, are the worst.
Turkey also likes Japan, so we get a situation like this: Greece→Japan←Turkey.

T/N: Nekogoro: literally, 'cat fifth child'. Goro is actually a common Japanese name.
A lot of cat-ears.
E/N: the 'thump thump' next to Latvia was from the original text ドキドキ (doki doki)--
referring to the beating of the heart.
'Nya' is a Japanese equivalent to 'meow'.

Results drastically very per year (as I noticed from the comparing with the 2004 survey),
