I actually counted out 13 stripes for his sleeve (only the full stripes count xD) and the stars were just.. random.. since one of my buddies didn't get the sort-of significance of the stripes. ;_;

Weirdly, my songs shuffled to Revolution by Starfield while I was doing this. And they're a Canadian band too... really random. xDD;
