Ah, I only saw this now. Thanks for posting it!
To be honest, with what has appeared in blog comics in the past, I'm slightly confused as to why not everything in the copy book could be posted on the blog. Or maybe it's because there are more younger fans around now?

It might be that Himaruya finds some of it not suitable for his site or blog nowadays. He posted a picture of the naked Russia, but it's significantly cropped down. That's what I'm guessing at. I know in older events nations had been partially naked, so I'm not really sure. He does also seem to be more open about homosexuality in the copy book.
