Well, other than the parfait and the Pretsel; the flower thing looks like a cookie that has apricot jam in the middle. They're popular in Turkey, the middle east and India. I have no idea if they're popular in Spain though...

The other circle thing in the corner looks like flower-themed rock candy :3
