Please read all the information below as they are quite important!
Payments:
- Payments will be done in TWO parts. 1) For the price of the item that you won from the auction thread on LJ and 2) Domestic Delivery + Shopping service/Proxy Fees + International shipping to me + International Shipping from me to you
- LJ Auctions end at 8AM Sunday 17th (Melbourne, Australia) Countdown timer here
- Payment Invoice will be sent roughly a few minutes to an hour after LJ auctions end. Please be sure to be awake around that time to check!
- Payments MUST be in by 6PM Sunday 17th (Melbourne, Australia) Countdown timer here
- DO NOT bid if you cannot pay by that time.
- If payments are not sent in by that time, then I will cancel the auction for that item.
- Payment via PAYPAL ONLY
- DO NOT BACK OUT OF AUCTIONS/PAYMENT. If something serious happens and you need to back out, then please message me right away! Otherwise, if I never hear back from you again then negative feedback will be left and I may reject future sales or permission to join in future auctions.
Bids:
- To bid, please reply to the most recent comment in that thread
- Do not pm me for bids, all bids must be on the comment thread
- Please do not bid if you are unsure of your funds/interest in the item/might back out. Not only does it waste my time but yours and other's also.
- *Please avoid snipe bidding.
A snipe bid is a bid placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction. If that happens, the time for that auction will increase by 5 extra minutes. This will continue to happen for the last 5 minutes of the auction listing until the bidding stops.
i.e. The auction ends at 6:00pm so if at 5:59 you bid on the last 5 minutes on a plush, then the auction listing will end at 6:04 instead of 6:00. If no one else bids, then the auction is one. But if during the last 5 minutes of the new time another bid is entered then another extra 5 minutes is added.

- Minimum increments of $1
- Please do not ask questions in the auction threads or ask questions along with your bid in the auction thread! ALL questions must be posted in the Questions Thread HERE (Or just scroll down the page and it is the first comment posted!).
- DO NOT DELETE BIDS. Only bid if you are sure to go through with it.
Shipping:
- As I will be shipping from Australia, international shipping may be high so please request a shipping quote if you are unsure! But to be brief, international shipping for flats start from $2.35 and bulky items for Parcel post from $10.50 (but this is for anything under 250g so you will save on shipping if you get more than 1 bulky item!)
- Any item thicker than 2cm is considered 'bulky' according to AusPost and will be delivered as a 'package' (however, I am normally able to pass off ONE one coin figure as a 'letter' but cannot do that for more than one of them. Two and more OCF will be charged at the 'parcel' price).
Note: I will personally be grabbing the England OCF, Prussia Towel, Gilbird strap, Prussia OCF and putting in extra for the mystery items not listed! (That means I'll be putting in $60 for the auction, but if I feel the auction needs a bit more to help us win, then I'll add in a bit extra from my own wallet ;)
Nekotalia plush: Will come with their respective mug. The tomato boxes will be given to the highest bidders on the nekotalia plush auctions whether that be solo or combined bid value on them

Sorry for some missing listings, if you see something missing feel free to point it out. HOWEVER, please note that if I am not really sure on some items then I will not be putting them up for auction to save the trouble. Once they have arrived to me so that I can figure out what they are, then they will be up for auction to everyone who participated in the group auction.

If you are unsure about your bid, please do not bid in the first place. Bids should be FINAL.
Not only is this completely frustrating for me and the other participants but also completely unfair. Users caught deleting their bids may have their participation revoked from the group auction. If you notice anyone doing this, please notify me right away.
If you need to revoke your bid for a certain reason (and not just a change of mind), please message me before doing so.

Sadly, despite all our effort put into raising so much money for this group auction, it seems another bidder wanted the items more than us.
Thank you to everyone for participating. The auction price went up high rather fast as the other bidder was also very stubborn. I would have raised the price higher but I didn't think it would be beneficial to all participants as with additional fees and all, something as simple as one rubberstrap would come out to be really overpriced. I hope you do not mind my decision to stop at our raised value instead of going further and possibly biting more than we could chew.
It's a shame that so many of you will be disappointed in the outcome, but thank you all for participating and helping the transactions move so smoothly!

Please check your paypal account or emails as some refunds are accepted automatically and some refunds will need to be confirmed/accepted manually.
