This anon has read that a small but significant portion of the human population can reach orgasm purely by having their nipples stimulated. Could the same be true of Nation-tans? I'd really like to read about this, preferably with Arthur/Alfred or Roderich/Elizaveta. No preference on which partner has the sensitivity, but actual orgasm for the sensitive partner is a must. Yeah, I thought about putting something stronger than "shota" in the comment at the fill post, but I didn't really know what to say, or if that was even the appropriate place to say anything.
