Arthur knew it wasn't decent to have someone digging a radish in his arse. A radish covered with green tea, no less. Aside from the fact that those two things are supposed to leave his anus, not enter, it was more embarrassing to know that there were many people watching him being abused

Arthur and Kiku were already very embarrassed at their situation- the former with his arse held up high in the air and the latter inserting a radish in the former's anus. Their audience was already cheering so loudly, yelling so many dirty phrases to them, e.g. "Fuck him already!" and "Ho yay! Radish man is up his ass!"
