I think that there is a common belief amongst fans of this pairing (myself included) that there is a drastic temperature difference between these two.
I want a make-out scene (Anon can do whatever after that) where the temp. difference causes large amounts of steam to come from their mouths while they're kissing.(moreso than what would be normal for people standing out on a cold night).

America had no idea how he came to be kissing Russia, in Russia's country. He had come to visit Russia, maybe help him a bit. He had heard how wondrous Russia used to be, and that now he was just an insane, pitiful version of his former glory. But that didn't matter, under the gently swirling snow, with Russia's cold arms encircling him, and America's own hands on Ivan's chest. America saw steam rising from him where Russia touched him, and he could feel Russia getting warmer as he got colder, but the clouds billowed up between them, fogging Alfred's glasses.
