Chibi Meeting Of The World: One day, a Britannia Angel spell by Arthur goes awry and all the nations wind up regressed back to children. Too bad for them that before the reversal spell can be remembered, they have to brave another world meeting...this time as kids.
I would've written it, but I don't trust myself with the idea D:
Bonuses:
*Chibitalia and some of the more clueless kiddie-nations wonder why Germany hasn't shown up, though Chibitalia is overjoyed to see Holy Roman Empire at the meeting (who in a side-effect, has momentarily forgotten about his adult self).
*Some of the kiddie-nations are initially confused by others appearing rather differently than they usually look (kid!Prussia remarking that the "grumpy Italy" sure got fat, HRE wondering where the hell he is, remarks about the Italy brothers' crossdressing in general, and some of the boys being confused by "shota" Hungary)
*Since Sealand is "artificial" and not an "organic" nation, he's the only one not regressed any younger and now the oldest.

England knew that the spell had gone wrong immediately. There was always a certain feeling one got when a spell had succeeded, and then there was the other feeling, as if your whole body has just been put through a wrangler inside-out and then petted by someone in heavy gloves, that indicated without a doubt that a spell had gone wrong.
There was also the fact that he was now several feet shorter than usual.
He knew that he shouldn't have tried casting a spell when he was that emotional, much less a Britannia Angel spell, but he had just been so fucking annoyed with America, so sure that things were so much easier when America was a child, and then he'd had his wand in hand and the spell on his tongue and -
And he was several feet shorter than usual.

England, trying to keep the younger Nation from a painful death by frying pan, said loudly, "Let's gather everyone in the main meeting room, and decide on what to do next, shall we?"

What I love best is the point where everyone just slides into kiddy-mindset as well as kiddy-bodies, and America being too shy and declaring he wants to be an airplane - and England playing aeroplanes with him - and America bullying Canada - and Prussia sliding with Hungary! ...I want more.

He puts the CD in the wide-screen TV America had ordered the week previous, and what occurred the day before starts playing across the screen, to the immense embarrassment of every nation there.
"So, you guys, I just got an account on this awesome site called Youtube," he says, a peculiar gleam in his eyes. "Ready to make me a nation yet?"
