omg I love this fill so much much much! As a person who RPs both Russia and Latvia I was really scared that this might be filled horribly OOC for either one or both of them, but this is so so so much win ** You managed to do both perfectly IC, and the whole thing is just cute in a very Latvia-Russia way, and awwwww *saves forever*
