I love the idea of fem!France and I also love The whole France/England+ US-and-Canada-as-their-children and thus please, darling anon, would you combine the two?
I would love it if France's name was "Marianne" and if the plot was utterly cracky. France could wake up and discover (quelle surpise!) he's a woman, or could just be a woman from the start. Whatever you wish, dear anon.
