No, it's not, as far as I know. I was wondering about the name, really, because '怒' means anger, and though I've never seen '怒人' being used together before, it could be interpreted as 'angry person'. The radical you're looking for is '女', meaning female, and it's usually inputted as 'nv' in hanyu pinyin typing software, with the v representing the symbol that looks like a u with umlauts on top, instead of 'nu' (which would give you '怒') as it is usually (wrongly) romanised.
Then again, my chinese isn't exactly top notch, so feel free to correct me...
