OP, I'm terribly sorry if I've skewed up the prompt too much.

This is my first fic for the Hetalia fandom (and the first thing I've written in several years.) I apologize if my writing seems horrible or the characters are OOC or some other such epic grievance has occurred. T_T

On the upside, I'll do my best to update within the next two days or so.
I do hope you (and anyone else who graces this fic with their discerning eyes) enjoy this.

This is adorable, Author!Anon and I think you are doing a lovely job. I don't think they are OOC at all, if you care about my opinion.

He grinned and nodded in satisfaction at the stars scattered around the worn piece of paper, then frowned: a large corner of his magnum opus was being obscured by the other illustrations. Well, that just wasn’t right.

Promptly, he moved the picture so that it was on top, front and center, and unconcealed.

This is my favourite part. It's so America! I think he was an absorbing child to grew up to be an absorbing adult, always wanting to be England's favourite. Also, the idea that England keeps all these mementos of his "children" is really cute.
