Latvia/Sealand. Freshly-independent Raivis dealing with the psychological effects of Ivan's 'treatment', and trying to do to Peter what Ivan did to him after Peter comes over to play. Inspired by the fill of this (http://hetalia-kink.livejournal.com/632.html?thread=189048#t189048) request, only if it were reversed and darker.

I kind of-don't want smutty porn, because I know this fandom can do fantastic serious fics, and I think this could be really well done, but not as a PWP. If that makes sense.
