After England uses his super magic powers (yeah you know what I'm talking about) he semi-accidentally turns America back into a kid. America first is angry and demands to be turned back, but eventually plays along with England and his reenactment of his nostalgia. That's the fluff option.
Alternatively, perhaps because America was trying to eat less, at the bar he gets drunk before England and it ends up in one of their places. Please to make that smutty.

Arthur awakens the next morning with a throbbing pain at the base of his neck that is most likely the result of having slept on the floor. Pushing himself into a sitting position, he stares at the array of bottles scattered across the table, turning his eyes to follow the sleepy murmurs behind him.
There’s a half naked American on his couch. A half naked, grinning American.
“Feeling sore today, Iggy?”
There is a perfectly good retort on Arthur’s tongue, but it falters when Alfred leans down and cups his chin. “No regrets,” the younger nation laughs before sliding off the couch and sauntering down the hallway. “I’m using your shower!”
Arthur makes a mental note to never invite Alfred over for drinks again.
