Sealand/Latvia - fluff angst

I'd like a Sealand and Latvia fic where Latvia is angsting after being abused (and/or raped) by Russia and Sealand tries to comfort him. Also I'd aprectiate if it stayed somewhat innocent. kisses and hugs etc, but no sex please^^;
Bonus: if Sealand doesn't quite understand what happened, tries to make Latvia explain in detail, then feels very embarassed when he finally gets it.

I hope I didn't fail you OP Dx I work on this for like an hour. -- Tap Tap Tap Was it just Latvia, or did he hear footsteps. It wasn't just him, he did hear footsteps? It wasn't just him, those were footsteps. Still somewhat hyperventilating, he wiped fresh tears away from his face in case it was Russia back again. Russia was always coming back... “The job is never done...there's always something left you can do...Latvia.” Russia said, pressing his hand against the smaller boy's face. Caressing the face before whipping his hand back and slapping it once again. Latvia tried with all his might not to break down crying again, that had earned him strangulation just a few moments before. “Look at me little Latvia, look at me.” The eyes darted back at cold face. The distorted smile that hung loosely off of Russia lips lingered before Russia grabbed Latvia's collar and pushed him against the wall, using it to pull the little body up. Latvia quickly pulled away, realizing what he had done, but Sealand leaned forward again seeking the same sign of affection a second time. Latvia kissed him again feeling warm inside. Something he'd missed. Something Russia always seemed to take from him
