For a costume party, a bunch of Nations decide to get together and dress like characters who are their nationality that were created in another country.
For example, we could have Germany as Asuka Langley Shoryuu (Japanese, from Neon Genesis Evangelion), England as Austin Powers (American, from the Austin Powers movies), America as Luke (French/Belgian, from the Lucky Luke comics), etc...
Choose whatever you like as long as it fits the criteria, guys dressing as girls and girls dressing as guys are fine, be creative!
